I heard that tonight while watching Anthony Bourdain. He was quoting some famous (?) French chef, but it really struck me. K said I'm a man of simple tastes, too.

Bourdain rocks, he wrote a spy/adventure novel a few years ago that I stumbled upon. It was awesome, the ending was left up in the air like he was going to write another one but I haven't seen anything.
